His sales approach was fantastic- very educational, took the time to explain everything to me and most of all he was not pushy or high pressure. His documentation for the contract proposal was the most detailed I’ve seen- over 5 pages detailing the work, how it will be done, what I’ve ordered etc.. While there was one mix-up with the factory sending the wrong screens, he was very quick to address it & insure that the correct screens were installed.”

The owner, Don, was honest and courteous at the interview, and later on the phone. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy. They were neat and clean during the project, which was important to me as a home day care provider. The staff was also polite but most importantly they were clean mouthed. The project was started while I was on vacation, and they immediately corrected the one item I wasn’t happy with, and were very quick to reassure me that the job would be completed to my satisfaction- and it was.”
